1 banana
1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tbsp  ground flax
2 tsp peanut butter (salted or unsalted)
Half a serving of chocolate protein powder (optional but very tasty!)

Verdict: 10/10
This has been my go to breakfast for a few months. Its a variation on a recipe from Jillian Michaels and her online training program. Feel free to ask me about that!
